Privacy policy

Forvela Training is operated by Kolkar Technologies Inc., 148 Albany Avenue, Hamilton, Ontario, Canada ("we", "us"). This policy explains what we collect and why, in plain language.

What we collect

• Account information: your name, email address, and a securely hashed password. Your name appears on your certificate; that is why we ask for it.
• Course records: quiz attempts, scores, module progress, and certificates you earn, including the date and score.
• Employer link: if you enter an employer code, your account and certificate are linked to that business, and the business owner can see your name, email, and completion status.
• Display preferences: your text size, contrast, font, and narration settings, stored in a cookie and on your account so they follow you.

What we do not do

• We do not sell or rent your personal information.
• We do not use advertising trackers.
• We do not share your information with anyone except as described here (your linked employer, and the service providers that host our database and website).

Certificate verification

Certificates are verifiable by ID at a public page. Anyone who has your certificate ID can see your name, your linked business name (if any), the course name, your score, and the completion date. This is what makes the certificate useful as proof of training. Certificate IDs are random and not guessable from your name.

Where your data lives

Our website and database are hosted on cloud infrastructure (Vercel and its database partners). Data may be processed outside Canada.

Your choices

You can ask us to correct or delete your account and its records at any time by emailing sebastiankolimagawork@gmail.com. Note that deleting your account also removes your certificate from the verification system.
